Client Approval Form

We recommend you review a printed sample of your artwork to verify and approve color and quality. Colors may vary from your screen to final print output (i.e. - grays can have tints of purple to green, reds can have tints of orange or purple). If you are not able to review a printed sample, you may enter your name below to waive that option and take full responsibility for the final color and quality output of your print. If you are unable to stop by our office, we can mail the proof to you (standard shipping rates apply). Do you accept the digital proof and understand colors may vary in the final output?
